EMPOWERMENT  LIKE AARON AND HUR, WE ENSURE VICTORY BY HOLDING UP WEAKENED ARMS, WHILE GIVING HOPE. WE STRENGTHEN AND ENCOURAGE LEADERS THAT GOD HAS ALREADY CALLED. WE WILL NOT JUMP IN TO TAKE CHARGE OF OTHERS' MINISTRIES, NOR RESCUE FAILING LEADERSHIP.

PRAYER IN PRAYER WE COMMUNICATE WITH GOD, POURING OUT OUR HEARTS AND SEEKING HIS DIRECTION. HOWEVER, PRAYER MUST NOT DEVOLVE TO A MERE REQUEST LISTS FOR GOD'S FULFILLMENT, NOR THE FEARFUL REHEARSING OF CONCERNS. PRAYER IS OUR INTENTIONAL ACT OF ALIGNMENT WITH GOD.
